Es Cendol is also a unique beverage which originated from West Java, the main ingredient is green cendol made from rice flour which is made by small steamed mixed with glutinous rice flour and then given dye is typically collected from leaves of green pandan , so that when eaten will feel rubbery. Cendol is when served would be mixed with coconut milk and palm sugar liquid and given a piece of fruit ripe jackfruit, then add ice cubes. making it suitable eaten when the air was clear.
